We are excited to introduce our new module, the Psychz Server Automation Module. This module allows your customers to easily manage their Psychz servers directly from your WHMCS panel. Designed using the Psychz API v1, this solution streamlines the automation of Psychz Dedicated servers within WHMCS, making server management effortless for your customers.

- Import the cMetal(s) as WHMCS server
- View cMetal(s) and perform action their after
- Toggle Dry Run Mode or Demo Mode for Tickets (Create/Reply for admins only), Orders/Services (Create/Cancel), OS Installation, Power (On/Off/Reset/Power Cycle/Status).
- Add API details such as access token, user token, and contact ID.
- Import servers and assign them to users.
- View Psychz ticket departments and tickets (Open/Closed/On Hold), and open generic tickets (billing/support/sales).
- Open support tickets specific to a server under the list of servers page within the addon section.
- Respond to specific tickets and view communication details.
- Control server power (Power On/Off/Reset/Power Cycle).
- Manage server lifecycle (Create/Terminate/Suspend/Unsuspend).
- View daily bandwidth usage and monthly bandwidth graph.
- Access detailed server information: Processor, storage, bandwidth, memory, location, DDoS protection, DC billing info, Main IP, password, Zone name.
- View IP assignments and manage IPMI requests (create/cancel) and server reinstall requests (if supported).
- Control server power (Power On/Off/Reset/Power Cycle).
- View daily bandwidth usage and monthly bandwidth graph.
- Access server information: Processor, storage, bandwidth, memory, location, DDoS protection, Main IP, password.
- View IP assignments and manage IPMI requests (create/cancel) and server reinstall requests (if supported).
- Submit server cancellation requests.
